I know you can't see odor in pictures, but it's there! A rental property in Dallas, Texas with a previous tenant who was a smoker required deodorization prior to a new tenant being able to move in. The property manager was unsure of the process so our project manager walked him through the process to ensure he understood and answered any questions he may have. The property required a heavy clean, and an ozone machine to remove the odor. The property manager was thankful we were able to remove the odor so quickly as he was afraid of a long process causing income issues.
