Duct Cleaning in Apartment Complex

SERVPRO of Flower Mound / Lewisville was called out to an apartment complex in Lewisville for air duct cleanings in multiple units due to microbial growth. The Before picture shows a single opening prior to the clean with quite a bit of growth. The After photo is the same opening once the cleaning was complete. Although there was some staining the bacteria level was tested with an adenosine triphophate or an ATP test to a level of "Very Clean" and the tenant was more than happy. We provided printed reports to the complex manager and she was thrilled that we exceeded their expectations!
