Trapped Water Can Cause Mold Issues

During the hail storm in Wylie, Texas in 2016 so many people needed help. When you are in a hurry trying to help as many people as you can it's easy to overlook a few things.

SERVPRO of Flower Mound was called out to help with a mold remediation due to an improper water restoration of another company. We explained to the customer the scope of work we would be providing and although overwhelming they understood it was necessary. Our technicians removed drywall from the ceiling along with insulation. Once everything was removed we were able to inspect further and found that it was indeed contained to that one room.

The customer was happy that we were able to help complete the work that was needed in their home to get them back to normal.
